Earring Return Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your earring purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return:

Email us at hello@golddustcollectiveco.com with your order number.

Include your proof of purchase.

Once approved, return the item to us (you cover return shipping).

We’ll process your refund or exchange once we receive the original item.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Candle + Wax Melt Return Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our candle products, all sales are final. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly exchange it.

To request an exchange:

Email us at hello@golddustcollectiveco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Once approved, return the candle to us (you cover return shipping).

We’ll send a replacement upon receiving the original item.

Sale items and used candles are not eligible for exchange.
